Pets and Access Issues:
We kindly ask that if you have pets, especially dogs, any dog mess is cleared from the property before our visit. This helps us avoid stepping in it and keeps our equipment clean. If we arrive and there’s a significant issue with pet mess or if access to the property is blocked (for example, by bikes or garden equipment), we may need to reschedule. In cases of ongoing access issues, we may have to refuse the clean for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding!
