Our Cleaning Process

We don’t simply wipe over uPVC with water.

We start by applying a professional-grade uPVC cleaning solution using a water-fed pole system via backpack, allowing us to safely reach heights of up to 45 feet from the ground.

The solution is applied and left to dwell, giving it time to break down built-up dirt, algae, grime, and atmospheric contamination. Once the contamination has been fully loosened, we thoroughly rinse everything down using pure water, leaving a streak-free finish.

As part of the process, we always rinse down and clean the windows below, as these can naturally become dirty during the clean. This ensures the whole property is left looking clean, uniform, and sparkling.

If the uPVC is in good condition and affected only by dirt and organic growth, we can often bring it back to a like-new appearance. If the plastic has suffered UV discolouration from sun exposure or is physically damaged, we’ll restore it to the best possible condition, and we’ll always be honest about expected results.

For taller or more complex buildings, we can use scaffold towers or lifting equipment such as cherry pickers, meaning no property is out of reach—pricing simply reflects the additional

access requirements.
